stayed at intercontinental for a wedding and the experience was magical. the executive suite was perfect for getting ready, and the staff made us feel so special throughout our stay. fantastic views and exceptional service elevated our wedding weekend!

The only downside was missing out on the executive lounge due to renovations, but overall, it was a fantastic trip! 😊

Nice stay with some hiccups

This place is really nice and clean. The staff is super friendly! Had a lil issue when I left my key and felt like I was given a hard time by one employee, but the others were great. The breakfast buffet was tasty but a bit pricey. The pool was busy, so it would’ve been great to use it more.

I had a great time at this place. The rooftop pool was fine, perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the drinks were really refreshing. The views from my room were nice, I could just sit there and take it all in.

Location stands out with easy access to Bayfront Park, shops, and restaurants, making it a breeze to explore. The spacious One-Bedroom King Suite boasts an impressive city view, which is perfect for unwinding after a day out.

The lobby consistently felt overrun and chaotic, hampering any initial relaxation vibe. Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast left much to be desired with limited options, and the quality felt more in line with a budget hotel rather than a premium offering. Additionally, the ongoing renovations turned the pool area into a shadow of its potential, receiving direct sunlight only for a couple of hours in the morning due to surrounding buildings, which isn't ideal for sunbathing enthusiasts.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Classic Double Room with Two Queen Beds and Skyline View. The views from my room were fine and highly enjoyable. I appreciated the clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. 🌆

It was an excellent fit for a short stay in Miami with good value considering the price charged. Rafael at the front desk went above and beyond by getting us a room immediately even though we arrived early. If you want peace on Saturdays, avoid rooms facing the pool on lower levels.

However, the surrounding park raised safety concerns at night, and charging outlets in conference rooms were limited, complicating usage during events.
