Great Easter weekend! The eggs were delicious, and the gift basket upon arrival was a nice touch. Also, the hotel location by the waterfront was perfect for our family's needs. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Finally, we enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and provided towels, chairs, and umbrellas.

Sadly, the room left much to be desired. There was a lot of wear and tear, and house cleaning was not thorough. We found hairs in the bathroom, and the room service menu was dirty and torn. the accommodations did not match the price paid.

My stay at this hotel was luxurious and exceeded my expectations. The exclusive amenities provided, such as the spa lounge and treatment room, were fantastic and fulfilled my need for relaxation. The staff were professional and helpful, providing excellent service. The restaurant and in-room breakfast was of top quality, with delicious buffet options and special diet menus available. Additionally, the location advantages of being in proximity to downtown and Bayfront made it a convenient stay.

The only minor issue I encountered was the pool area, which felt lacking compared to the rest of the exclusive facilities. The pool was small and the view was blocked by the restaurant. However, this was not a dealbreaker as the heated swimming pool and sun terrace made up for this. my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I highly recommend it for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfills all the exclusive amenities needs. The service is outstanding, and the staff is very professional & helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they provide some room advantages that make your stay even more pleasant. The Spa & wellness centre is a relaxing area that offers various treatments such as massage, facial, and beauty treatments. They also have a poolside snack bar and a bar/lounge area where you can enjoy some delicious food and drinks.

The only minor issue I encountered here was the pool area, which was not up to the 5-star standards. The pool is smaller, and the view is blocked by the restaurant. The sun loungers are limited, and the entertainment options are minimal. However, as not everyone goes to this hotel for the pool, this shouldn't be a dealbreaker. this hotel is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to indulge in some luxurious amenities.

Great location for exploring nearby attractions and sights. Rooms were spacious and had stunning views of the harbour. The friendly receptionist greeted us warmly and even surprised us with a small gift. We loved the coffee machine and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

There were a few unpleasant incidents during our stay. The pool staff were rude and unhelpful, and the guy on his phone at the pool bar didn't even bother to take our order. We also had issues with our room key and the door repairman barging in while we were getting changed, which was a bit unnerving. Finally, at valet parking during check-out, we felt rushed and didn't have enough time to adjust the mirrors and drivers chair before leaving.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were huge and included a seating area, a writing table and an iron with ironing board etc. The staff was willing to help throughout my stay. The location was best possible and brilliant, close to Miami Heat Stadium.

The spa and wellness centre was a relaxing retreat, complete with a sauna, steam room, treatment rooms, and a beautiful sun terrace overlooking the heated swimming pool. The manicure, pedicure, and facial treatments were top-notch, and the spa lounge offered a serene environment for post-treatment relaxation. The bar/lounge area was a trendy hotspot for evening cocktails and the poolside snack bar had a diverse menu of delicious options. The private facilities made us feel like VIPs, and we enjoyed a delicious in-room breakfast while lounging in plush bathrobes.

Our only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas available, which made it difficult to escape the strong Florida sun. Despite this, the hotel's location advantages made up for this flaw, as it was conveniently located near the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment in the area. our experience at this hotel was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable vacation.

Comfortable bed in the triple room, plus a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. All the staff was willing to help. Central location to cruise port. So close to downtown and Miami Arena/ Bayside Shopping Mall as well as the park and playground.

This hotel has a great location in the heart of downtown with easy access to public transportation. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh food options.

The pool area was a bit crowded.

The staff were attentive and efficient, they made me feel welcome.

The staff were accommodating and attentive and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. I loved huge and impressive room complete with a 4 bedroom, view of water plus bayview. The service was good during my stay.

The location is best possible and brilliant and they have parking on-site. The hotel offers plenty of food that was outstanding. All of the property's staff are courteous and polite.

Good views of the ocean from our huge and gorgeous room. There was a large bathroom with a shower, hair dryers and soft bathrobes;)))

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The stay here was really great for our short visit. It was in a magnificent and best possible location right next to James l Knight Center. All the personnel was willing to help, accommodating people.

The employees are amiable and courteous.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, an individual safe and pay TV. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance of Space.
